I'm not a big Bruce Springsteen fan, but I like the concept of this album. However, they used enough goddamn reverb to drive any sane person to madness.
Well, I guess that's it! No one did much in 1982. They were all waiting for me.

I don't really think anybody should do anything, but this is a song I wish I'd written, and while I'd change a few things, the way the choir comes in is awesome. I would have had them for the whole song.

I'm not super satisfied with what I've chosen over the breadth of this. There are many songs/bands/albums I've left out, and in addition, it reads like "best of pop of days past," which is a little embarrassing.

Date: 2017-05-12 12:59 am (UTC)No, I have never been into the Foo Fighters really. Like, normally when I like someone, I like all their stuff, or I will like a period, or at least an album. With them, it's more some and not so much others. Learning to Fly, I did not like that one at all... I think I like most of their stuff, but then there are others that are merely okay.
Great choice of Soundgarden songs.
