I can't believe what I just saw out my window. I seriously looked around to see if someone was filming and if it was a prank. (The things I see, sitting here all hours of the day/night.)
Across the street and maybe two houses down, there was a dude in a hoodie, and he was pushing a stroller with a kid in it. It was a small kid, and it was one of those really flimsy strollers, just the wheels, posts, and cloth stretched out to make a seat. I guess maybe they're for toddlers or something? They're not the giant wagons that I usually see.
Anyway, he was BOOKING IT down the sidewalk with the kid in the stroller. From my vantage point, they were coming toward me.
Then, they wiped out, spectacularly. It truly looked fake. I don't know if there was a bump or what happened. The stroller fell forward. I don't know if the kid was buckled in. Hoodie Dude was flailing all over the place (probably trying not to land on the kid). One would think the kid hit the driveway face first. It looked really bad. There was a lady coming behind them with her hand to her mouth, and there was a girl in the driveway looked shocked. Someone said, "What were you thinking??"
No one was or is rushing around, no ambulance. The kid was crying but not much. It must not have been too bad. Maybe it just looked bad from her.
I guess it seemed like a good idea at the time. I wish I'd been filming.
Also, there's some asshole in a Jeep that keeps driving around the block on his phone.
